Meet Our Directors

Megan Riley

My name is Ms. Megan. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I started my career with education as a first-grade teacher for a short period of time. During this phase of my life, I had a one-year-old at the time and needed to find a more work life balance. That's when I decided to move into Early childcare and started as a VPK teacher. During my next ten years in this career, I have been a teacher, an assistant director, and director. I have now been at A Bright Beginning the past two years. This school is my home away from home and we have navigated through many changes. I am proud to be a part of this school’s evolution and i am looking forward to seeing what the future with bring.

Katina Brickle

My name is Katina Brickle. I have always been known as Katie. I have been in Early Childhood Education since 2008, with a CDA in Infant and Toddler age groups, and assistant director of A Bright Beginning in Orange Park. I am a mother 3 beautiful children and a teacher to countless others who have my heart! I have dedicated my life to a love for learning and sharing a smile!

This daycare facility gets 5 stars because they’re pretty good at communicating, also I really appreciate the director Ms.Megan, she’s very helpful and goes out her way to make sure any concerns that I may have are addressed and my children love going to this daycare and been there for about a year now.

I love Bright Beginning. I have worked there almost 9 years. Love the staff and my families are wonderful. VPK CLASS I HAVE IS AWESOME. Director and assistant are very helpful when you need them. I have enjoyed my time there thus far.

I have two child that attend this daycare a 2 and 3 year old. I was very nervous being that this was their first time being in daycare or away from me at all. It took a while for them to get use to it but they love it now and look forward to going every morning. The staff is always very pleasant greeting us in the morning and afternoon. My boys have learned their colors,shapes, and even some letters in the alphabet and I am very glad I chose A Bright Beginning Childcare.
